DEPOSIT DETAILS
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:
The initial deposit is:
$500 for Airspeed, NSL, and Freefly Basic Camps
$200 for SkyVenture Basic Camps
$800 for Airspeed and Freefly Deluxe or 4 Way Camps
$750 for NSL Deluxe Camps
Once we receive this, we will register you for the camp of your choice. Please be advised, your slot is not confirmed until we receive this deposit. So we strongly recommend that you reserve your slot online and get instant confirmation. We have provided a variety of payment systems to suit every need.
Credit Card
We have instant and secure online credit card processing through Authorize.net. This will be a lot more convenient for those who want to spend more than $500 on their credit cards or those outside of the USA.
Electronic Check
This is also provided by Authorize.net and is only available to customers with a US bank account. It is very convenient. All you do is type in the bank routing number and check number on the bottom of your check and they process the withdrawal from your bank. Its just like mailing a check but you don't have to drop it in the mail. We get the payment and confirm your slot immediately.
Bank Check
You can also mail us a check the old fashioned way. However, please realize that your slot will not be confirmed until we have received the deposit check. Click here for mailing information. If the camp is sold out before your deposit check gets here, we will mail it back to you. Consequently, we suggest that you do not make travel arrangements until we confirm that we got your deposit check and you got the slot.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the first day of your camp. If we do not receive your final payment by 10 days prior to your camp, we will assume that you are not coming and will release your slot to those on the waiting list. If someone else picks up your slot, we will return your deposit (less the $50 cancellation fee).
RETURN OF DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:
- Please notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend. If we are able to fill your slot before the camp, we will gladly return any and all payments (including deposits) that you have sent us less a $50 cancellation fee.
- If we can not fill your slot things get more difficult. The camps are carefully designed to run with an exact number of attendees. Whether or not you attend, there are substantial fixed costs associated with your slot that we will incur. Consequently, if you notify us late and we cannot fill your slot, we will not be able to return your deposit. Anything more than the deposit amount that you might have paid will be returned whether or not we fill the slot.
- Please note that, in the past, it has been fairly easy to fill cancelled slots so long as you give us a couple weeks warning. Even if you have to cancel the night before the camp, please call 407-903-1370 as we might be able to find someone to fill the slot and return some or all of your money to you.
